“To give a second life to dilapidated houses and turn them into a place that inspires” - sounded its aim a British company Britain’s Landmark Trust. Such a trend is popular in other European countries. Today “urban” gardens appears in many European cities, where citizens can grow flowers and herbs or spend an hour or two relaxing away from screens. Every day such projects become a part of world fundraising platforms.
We created our pop-up garden #kGarden as a social initiative. It is the place where city residents can spend an hour or two away from screens over lunch outdoors or gather with friends at a picnic.
It is how we would like to see the modern Kyiv - to turn the platform of an abandoned construction into a green area that is open for all citizens.
We invite everyone to join its development: to conduct the free public lecture, yoga classes, to present you with the pot of plants that are crowded on the windowsill.
